Illbruck FS125 Premium Frame and Facade Silicone Sealant

The Illbruck FS125 Premium Frame and Facade Silicone is a versatile, neutral-curing, one-part sealant designed specifically for applications that require high flexibility and minimal odour. It is perfect for sealing perimeter joints and is formulated to adhere effectively to a wide range of surfaces, such as masonry, brick, aluminium, PVC-U, polycarbonate, polyacrylate, wood, painted wood, glass, and glazed surfaces—without the need for a primer. This makes it an excellent choice for skylight installations, ensuring a strong and durable seal that stands the test of time.

FS125 is ideally suited for various construction applications, including expansion joints, curtain walls, window and door perimeter seals, panel joints, polycarbonate glazing, and other general sealing tasks.

However, FS125 is not compatible with certain materials like neoprene, butyl rubber, EPDM, or any surfaces that contain bitumen or tar, as it may cause discoloration or affect adhesion. It is also not recommended for use in joints that will experience traffic or abrasion and cannot be overpainted. For sealing natural stone, FA870/FA880 should be used, and tests are advised for other sensitive materials.

Complying with EN ISO 11600 G&F 25LM standards, FS125 offers excellent movement capability and robust protection against weathering, aging, and UV damage. Its low-modulus formulation reduces stress on joint surfaces. With a subtle, low-sheen finish, FS125 is easy to apply, ensuring a clean and professional look—perfect for skylight and other demanding sealing applications.
