Safety Standards and Compliance:
The Brett Martin Flat Glass Rooflights meet CWCT TN-67 non-fragility standards for class 1 roofs and are rated ACR[M]001 class B for non-fragility when newly installed according to Brett Martin Daylight Systems' guidelines. Although these rooflights are built to be durable, it is important to avoid walking on them, as this can cause damage and may require replacement. All glass panels conform to BS EN12150, BS 14449, and BS 1279 standards, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations.

The fixed rooflights are securely mounted to a structural insulated builder's upstand or a PVC kerb using self-drilling fixings, which are discreetly covered with color-matched caps. These fixed models are also Secured by Design accredited, meeting PAS24 standards for resistance to forced entry, further underscoring their robust security and safety.

Brett Martin Flat Glass units are engineered to retain their performance and durability in standard industrial environments for up to 20 years. We offer a 10-year warranty that covers issues such as perforation, significant loss of structural integrity, and any distortion that may affect weather-tightness. The warranty specifics include:

If you find any cracks in the glass upon delivery, please contact us right away. To be eligible for a return or replacement, it is important that any damage is reported within 12 hours of delivery. Promptly informing us of any issues ensures we can resolve them quickly and efficiently.
