Warranty Coverage:
10-Year Warranty: Dome Rooflights by Mardome Trade come with a 10-year guarantee covering the following:
- Protection against perforation, distortion, and loss of weather-tightness.
- The polycarbonate material is guaranteed against loss of light transmission, discolouration, or loss of impact strength for 10 years.
Electrical Actuators (where present): Where fitted, electrical actuators are covered for 1 year. These actuators are designed to have a minimum life cycle of 10,000 operations.
Insulated Glass (where present): For rooflights that include insulated glass, the glass is covered for a period of 5 years, ensuring long-term performance.
This warranty provides peace of mind, ensuring Mardome Trade Rooflights maintain their performance and durability for years to come.
If you find any damage to the dome upon delivery, please contact us right away. To be eligible for a return or replacement, it is important that any damage is reported within 12 hours of delivery. Promptly informing us of any issues ensures we can resolve them quickly and efficiently.
